Cant Mute Zoom!

Hello friends, I am experiencing a weird issue that I can't seem to solve it anymore. Actually when I am in a Zoom meeting, sometimes its very important to mute Zoom, but I can't. Could someone please help me about how can I able to solve it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.
