Firstly your main goal is to make good technique. Without that you can easely injure yourself on the rest of your life so safety is the first. You can train technique with 70% weights of your maximum. Also never forget to make sure that all weight plates are properly secured. It's your safety.
After building a good technique you can start thinking of actually building your body and work with your limits
