Adhd meds and cannabis

Anyone using vyvanse? I was just prescribed vyvnase and the doctor say there may be some side effects with consuming while on the medication. Has anyone smoked while on any adhd medication? I don’t want to quit but I also don’t want to deal with adhd too so idk
