[Notice] Candy Cane Award Now Purchasable To V2 Users

This is to notify that the credit based award "Candy Cane" which was previously not available for purchase to users on V2 is now purchasable. There was a minor bug that caused the table to hide the list of purchasable awards.

This award is only purchasable during the winter 2016 for 200 credits.
