Is it under warranty? If so, do you legitimately care about having a fallback warranty? If not, do you have any means to restore the device if at any point it bricks? Are you experienced with rooting devices and what may come as a result?
If you find yourself second guessing at ANY point while reading and thinking about those questions, then the answer should be NO.
