Anxiety Attack

When my tolerance is low and I smoke a lot I seem to get bad anxiety attacks. Shits embarrassing too. Anyone else seem to get this? What do you do?

Basically what happens is my head is spinning, my body is burning and i get nauseous. But its like really bad to where Im zoning out and gotta hold my head!
