I post this suggestion which could be interesting for the site.
I noticed that when I report a lot of backdoored addon from the same guy it gets banned (that is cool) but sadly they just keep recreating new accounts to repost them
My point is:
When someone gets banned, you could prevent it to recreate a new account (maybe a ban by IP Address just like some addons from gmod does, I don't know if it can be applied to a website though but it would be great
)
