F2P MMOs are trash that rely on manipulation and skinner boxes to get you to shell out stupid sums of money. Being competitive in a F2P MMO costs more than a paid MMO's subscription.
Black Desert Online and Elder Scrolls Online are pretty solid experiences that require only a one-time payment. (Both suffer from pay-to-win features, though.)
