Quitting.

So, after 8 years. I'm taking a break from smoking weed for my sake. I'm just wondering, who else has quit. It may be a temporary, or permanent thing depending on my will to make it an occasional instead of habitual. What kind of things can you recommend to help clear my mind when its tough. I have a vape so it does help with habitual areas.
