Quitting.

The one thing i've always noticed with smoking weed is that it passes time effectivly before i know it an hour or so has passed. I've got a mate who's smoked with me for the last 14 years and he's decided to quit and the hardest thing he found from the whole experience was finding something else to help fill the time. He states when he's busy his mind doesnt even think about smoking weed but it's the times when he either has nothing to do or nobody to do it with. Thats when his mind starts to wander back to weed because he knows it will help pass the time....
