I'm not talking only about myself. It's just, users have no idea what staff is doing in the background, they just judge them on the things everyone can see. So because Faded is the one with the most online time means he's the perfect staff member. That's not exactly how it works and never should be.
Faded is an awesome person and he does great work, but so does the rest of the team, even though you can't see it.
