Weird advice question

I never used to smoke when I was younger because I was the serious/paranoid/quiet stoner and it just wasn't fun. I recently have experimented with it again and no longer experience above issues...but now I cannot stop falling asleep when I get high!

Is it an issue with the weed quality, or just the way im wired? So odd.
