For some reason when I do Tabbed Menu it does the same the yourdomain.com/ then when I click for e.g gaming it will do yourdomain.com/# and it wont do #gaming for some reason what. You don't have the required javascript to make the tabs work correctly, thus why it directs you to "/index.php#".
You need this in your headerinclude template ~
