Sure. It is actually working method. In my country, there is one youtuber, who is considered as one of the richest youtubers here, and he works the same way.
Quick review: buy products and review them on cam, upload it to youtube, and put affiliate link to the product under the video. Make some decent cash from commissions.
It monetizes like a charm, especially if you are a good looking one, and it would be great if you are a girl.
