I bought this script for a heavily reduced price on a much higher/secretive place and shared it here (not a direct supporter). You'll have to DIRECTLY request the creator of MyMangaReader on CodeCanyon for the Google Drive Extension (and must be listed as a Codecanyon supporter). I also highly doubt the guy who secured the 1.9.0 plugin will request for the extension because he hasn't bothered to secure the latest 1.9.1 and share it with others, and has been inactive for a couple of months now (and ignores most comments).
Sorry guys.
Your best bet for that extension and 1.9.1 upgrade is to actually buy the $25 plugin from CodeCanyon and request the developer for the extension yourselves.
