Then that isn't the meaning of a Messaging system. Alerts are for that. Maybe I will add this feature to alerts. But I am not going to mess-up my messaging system for such a thing.

Do w/e You want. But it's annoying, to change(?) something that worked perfectly.

Just because something worked perfectly doesn't mean it was good the way it worked.
We'll come up with something which suits your needs, just wait some time.
