Advices for an eSport clan ?

Hello everyone,

I'm really interrested in make a serious eSport clan on CS:GO but I really need some advices or tips to get it out of the lot.

If you want to enter in an eSport team, what do you expect from it ? (Trainings, coach, serious people, try harding...)

Be serious, this is not a joke or anything else.
