So, here's some tips to eliminate most problems related to these phenomena:[/color]
PAGE RULES: Use them! Even with free account, you get 3 page rules to do as you please with. One of these should be to completely eliminate all caching and spam-related tools in your AdminCP as well as your ModCP. You can leave the browser-integrity check and GEO IP settings and such enabled. An example of such a page rule is:
