Don't know a single person here who has gotten into trouble from here, but I guess we'll see.

Sharing and uploading copyright content is not allowed anywhere.
I heard people got billed in the US and many in germany.

This only happens when you're using Torrents.
If you're using OCHs (One-Click-Hosters) like Mega, Share-Online, Uploaded ect, you're safe, because you're only downloading and not uploading anything.

Yeah, but we're currently talking about Popcorn Time, which is streaming using torrents.
Anything piracy related is illegal, ye I know, but the chances of anyone doing anything is pretty slim.
