Selling IPB license + IP.Pages

I no longer run my community through IPB so I would like to sell my license to someone else (license comes with the account). I just renewed about 2 months ago, and have purchased IP.Pages (IP.Content). Full package is valued at around $200, I am selling mine for $125. In addition to the license I also have some themes in the marketplace that you might be able to cash out on later on.
