Notepadd ++ i always preffered like everyone else BUT..
Download Atom for sure i wish i had it al those days, saved me allot of work!
Especially when starting with Atom clean and you have an overview of what your editing and where
!Download Bootstrap pages, try fuck it up and then try ;
Admin Pages HTML set them to php for example!
