Hello I would like to present a free webhost:
They provide following offerings:

It's a german company and their servers are in germany.
And they use Plesk as Controlpanel, so you can manage everything easy.

The Servers are in Germany - To be more specific: Frankfurt am Main, Interwerk.


Problem: The Site is most written in german.
Thats one negative point but you can use Google Translate or something like that Pepenice

Well, I've already tryings this website. Just little confused on control panel (plesk) are not in English language. But I think it's good for learning. Nice info btw. Pepenice
