Can I pay without a credit card ?

Because usually shit like this allows me to pay with paypal BUT IT WILL NOT LET ME PAY OUT OF BALANCE! Only a credit card...which is bullshit.

So you can pay with paypal no credit card at all like GoDaddy does? (accepts paypal but when you click it, won't allow you to pay from balance only from cc)

why the hell did i not use this when i bought my two domains this month

I'm pretty sure that this is a domain offer forever. I have 7 domains with them, from a range of an year ago to a couple of days ago, and I got them all for $0.99 first year.
