Are US gift cards only valid for US residents and/or shipping destinations?

Can I generate several cards a day or do I always have to wait 20 days for the next one?

Negative, these cards can be used by everybody but only to purchase goods from amazon.com, if you're not from US you can just get goods by international shipping (or purchase digital ones)

To obtain each card you must wait 20 days as that's the time required to complete an instance. Obviously if you start 1 new instance each day you'll be able to get cards on a daily basis from a given point on.

This method can be turned into semi-autopilot using web scripts or desktop applications to help you handle your instances. It cannot be turned into a fully autopilot method but you can still optimize the way it works.

There's no monthly cap on the number of gift cards that you can get with this method. Everything depends on the number of instances that you will be handling.

Amazon Dealer received its last update few months ago and so far it does not require other ones. Whenever an update is released all customers will receive it free of charge.
