$400 and less handheld pc's

Ive recently entered the market for a handheld pc. Mainly for emulation from retro games up to the wii u and some other desktop games optimized enough to run well on something with atleast a 4 core cpu. While i have found a good option theres only 2 left in stock and i would like to know of any other good contenders for this in this price range. If anyone knows even of 1 other contender it would be greatly appreciated. And yes i know the steam deck exists, and while its good i need the use of windows.
