Hi, I present to you my settings, that's what they do

Q - Move to the next frame
W - Move one frame back
D - Cut the layer
G - Enable Time-remap
H - A script is needed, creates an adjustment layer on top of the selected one of that length of the selected layer
K - Render
Z - Move to the beginning of the layer
X - Move to the end of the layer
C - Move the layer to the right of the place on the timeline

V - Move the layer to the left of the place on the timeline

The script is in the archive, I took it on YouTube for free

Throw the script here
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects {version}\Support Files\Scripts
And the hotkeys themselves are here
C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\{version}\aeks
