Its quality preset v2
Unlike the previous one, sharpen has been added, which significantly improves the picture and removes some soap that was in the previous version

the outline became clearer and more visible, shadows and darkenings were also emphasized and noise was removed. Open the images in a new tab and switch, you can clearly see the difference there
