Just cuddle with your pillow, and maybe imagine that pillow being that one person you like. Should help you get that sleep

Avoid blue lights like screens from phones/computers before you go to bed. I like to exercise and hydrate right before I sleep. Melatonin can help a lot of you are having trouble getting deep sleep.

No eating before bed and if you watch TV, put a timer on it so you don't fall asleep with it on.

Drink a lil or get some exercise. My sleeping pattern is always messed up

Not sure if this is allowed to recommend on this forum but use something like CBD oil it'll help calm you down.

Just lay in the bed and stare into your roof, usually works.

I heard that yoga exercises help to sleep better, and a few deep breath since you go to sleep - try it Smile

take sleeping medicine or lay down in the dark its the best way to sleep easily peace and quiet!

Sheep! Classic. Besides counting sheep, you can try meditation. It definitely works because I've tried it, I haven't been consistent with it though. I felt at ease when I first meditated and when I fell asleep, the next morning my legs and arms were all gushy. I don't know the word for it but the muscles felt so relaxed. Also, I dribbled. Bahaha, so I'm telling you, meditation = best sleep.
