About 'Member of the Month'

I would like to know if the forums that use it are using a plugin or they choose the member manually.

If they are using a plugin, please let me know which one they are using (or atleast a good one for 1.6)

People just use polls lol. You can give the MOTM to a staff member and give them award ownership so you can do other things besides host MOTM.
