Read this carefully, I'm dead serious about this.

Posts
I'm really bored to see a lot of spam and low quality posts. Those posts aren't even made by leechers. A good example is Tom.
Think before you post something. A big post count won't let your penis grow, it'll still remain small, so don't even try to postwhore.

Flaming
Why the hell does everyone need to insult each other? Are you 12 year olds who pelt each other with sand in the sandpit?
If you have something against another member, then ignore him or talk to that person via private messages. We don't need public flame wars.

Reputation
I'm not sure if anyone is aware of it, but reputation is a number. Just a fucking number.
I'm bored of reading "ohmyguard, he neged me - I'll just ask other members to neg him back". Gang rep is not allowed. Two people already got repfucked due to doing this.
Asking for reputation is also not allowed. Not here, not in private messages, not in skype. Nowhere. Not even your friendly hints are allowed.

Why I'm bored of it? Yesterday morning, there were 11(!) reputation reports. Not a single one was valid. You're wasting my time.

I'm seriously stricter from now on. I gave everyone not two chances, but three. If you break the rules, you'll be punished. No matter if you're upgraded or the most active user.
We have rules here, read them, respect them or fuck off.

Have a nice day,
I take a rest of this shit until tomorrow.

Well I have to admit I agree on everything you've said. I spoke to a member the other day about post count that quality is better than quantity.
I've seen a few people flaming each other but I ignore it as there is no need for others to join in and make a bigger scene.
Reputation, agreed. It's a number that doesn't mean anything at all. It's someones opinion and should be respected if it's Positive, Neutral or Negative.

Lovely thread and hope to see a lot of improvements from everyone. Also guys, I know the skype chats don't count into the forum, but you guys spam it so much I can't even follow anything and it's a lot of immaturity. It made me leave and hopefully it can tone down just a tad!

Consider some team members to deal with certain parts of the site's obligations. Let someone deal with the reports, reps, whatever else. Then it should get easier for all of you (referring to the whole staff team) Smile
