About to buy Nintendo Switch, currently doing my researh.

I got some questions around that topic, which I'm currently looking for the best answer here and there. Here's some:

Which one: Switch or Switch Lite
Arguments: I'm not really into tabletop games, and currently in love with 3DS XL for its easiness to play anywhere. But who knows if my gf would want to play with me at my apartment?

Say, Switch is my better choice: The old Switch, or 2019 Switch
Arguments: I'm not sure about the difference, but I probably can't spend too much money on just the device, need to save some to buy games.

About the game: Physical or Digital?
Arguments: I'm looking for the best worthiness for its price. I'm not even sure which is cheaper anyway.
