Adaption of the hexagon UB

For those interested, the previous "version" (I guess) of this userbar was this.

Coincidentally, that hexagon userbar was the first thing I did after my last break from graphics, and this time it's the first (straight up lie, it's the second but indulge me) bar I've done after taking another break.

It needs some work, that's a given, the windows in the boxes need tidying up and placing correctly and so on, but I sort of rushed myself to get this one done, when I get a spare moment I imagine I will fix it up a bit.
