Well the title pretty much says it. I got some trouble gaining weight. I am not sure what I should eat and most of the time I just don't feel like eating even when I'm hungry. I am not sure if weight gainers will help because yeah like I said I don't have a good diet or anything. So any sort of help is grealy appreciated Ly
Ahh yes, the irony of trying to gain weight while most people struggle to do the opposite.
It all boils down to quality of foods and a calorie equilibrium.
In all seriousness, from an expert standpoint, it is crucial to avoid the common pitfall of eating low quality foods for the simple sake of gaining calories and tasty. While you could use it supplementary if you are not reaching you target calories, It should be obvious that eating junk food and sweets because they are calorie dense and yummy is not the way to go.
Opt for foods high in healthy fats, such as olive oil and avocado, big yes on carbs (pasta, potatoes etc) and munch down on as much meat and veggies you can tolerate. Physical excercice of course will be very beneficial, both in gaining (muscle) weight, boosting metabolism, and helping you grow an appetite. Plus, it will make ya more handsome and strong. No need to go guns blazing about it, just a little is more than enough.
That's all there is to it really. I can expand on this quite a lot, but this is will be more than sufficient.
First make sure you don't suffer from any medical conditions, check your doctor.
When that is in the clear start increasing your caloric intake gradually, let you body be accustomed to increased load of food. You don't have a fast metabolism, you need to eat more CONSISTENTLY.
A way to do that is find high sense caloric foods, olive oils for example have 120 calories per tablespoon which is crazy high and it is healthy, so start frying your eggs and cook your food with more olive oil.
