Advice Needed How do Printers work?

Alright, i've had this Printer sitting and collecting dust for 3 years after i thought it'd be a great purchase. I don't know how to use the thing at all and the color thingy kinda hurts my brain. Again, the internet can't really help me on this since this is a specific printer and, whatever. That's not the main part, is there a device like a printer but like wayyy easier to handle?
