I have a question, but it is a different question though. While I was creating a website, I was thinking about what language should I use, because I know English is a global language, the most used in the world, sure? So, if I'd use for example Portuguese, would it be popular? Because I know, I want people around the world in it, but I'm in doubt about what to use, to post, and to make all the things I want to.

You must use English. Otherwise your traffic will not be high. Or at least make it dual language with english is one of it

Well, if it will be a portuguese site to potuguese people you should use it as the language
ex: "Menu, Informaes, Ajuda"
but if you're talking about programming language i think we'all use only english

if>else>doc.files

the english really dominated the world

It all depends on what you want to do.

If you want to create a website for only portuguese people, you should do it in Portuguese.
But yes, like everyone said, you should do it in English if you feel confident enough in your English skills (Or if you're just a Native English speaker).

Make it in English then localize it to whatever other language you'd like.
