Advice Needed What do you do to get out of a creative rut?

Some friends and I are considering making a band. Currently in the process of trying to write some songs but have kinda hit a brick wall. What do you guys do to get out of a creative rut?

sometimes taking a step back from what you're trying to accomplish and switching up the pace usually helps me with getting out of a creative block. so if you're trying to write a few songs and end up in a block, changing the environment around you like going out or just doing a different hobby entirely that doesn't involve writing can help you find a new perspective (just so you dont end up stagnant and forcing yourself to do something on the spot that you're struggling to churn out) and maybe if you're lucky, get that eureka moment and have a more extra drive than you did before.

I still dtruggle a lot with art block, but I usually try to get some inspiration from wherever I think I'll find it. Make new experiences, watch movies, look at art, listen to music, that kind of stuff.

take time off and try to find inspirations, sometimes your best ides hit from an experience or something you dont expect.

Go outside and get some Inspo from anything 💘💘💘💘💘
