Advice Needed Whats the best programming language to code a discord bot

I want to be able to create my own discord bot and I have seen lots of tutorials out there and talked to a few developers about ideas to add to the bot , so I have decided that I should come here to ask what programming language I should use I could either use java script or python and I am a new beginner coder so I am not the best but I want to also learn how to code other things while coding the bot like experience so which language would be the best for this and the most useful.

Use the language which you are most proficient in. It wouldn't make sense if they're both capable of doing the same thing and you chose a language which you didn't understand as clearly as the other. If there is an advantage, that may be a reason to learn more about that language.

There is no best language to create a Discord Bot in. Use the language that you or your developer is most proficient in, for an efficient working manner.

You should code a discord bot in a language you like rather than looking for a programming language.
