Advice Needed Which mixer do you prefer under 500$?

Hey, so I was wondering if there was any "good" mixers under 500$?
And do you also recommend any XLR microphones under 1000$?

My budget is in total: 1500$

I'll be using it for studio purposes, by that I mean singing/rapping sessions & just regular use.

in my opinion when you just started to do things with music or mix, i would prefer you Allen heath Xone23 its so cheap i mean the price, and its very awesome.
