Has anybody heard of the[REDACTED].
They seem to be selling WU and paypal with vouches and escrow.
Is it safe?

Yeah but if you get the right customer you could do a deal at 300-500 dollars i think

The amount of Vouches and Users they have supporting them don't mean shit when they're asking for Cryptocurrency over the Dark Web.
Mainly for 100% PayPal back tracks?... Dodgy in my eyes.
