Now a days Google most prefer how you keep your blog or website up to date and working on back and front end. Web trafficking through social website like facebook, Twitter and Youbute would be good for up your Alexa rank.

alexa ranking is worthless as it is estimated and can be manipulated....i would not waste my time on it
