I said I would be hosting another giveaway for that. Our goal was to upgrade users who seemed worthy, everyone is already upgraded aside from one inactive user.

...if you find this as unacceptable, I will gladly take punishment and find users in the community to hand them out to myself instead of hosting another giveaway.
