Any Advice on Learning C++?

#1 I have wanted to learn how to code c++ for a long time and have tried to read learncpp.com but it doesn't seem useful to what I want to accomplish (code cheats and such for CS:GO). Anyone have any tips on how to learn? I understand basics as some of it is common sense but besides that I am completely foreign to the concept.
