The only free hosting that I've found is either trials, or just port forwading the ports 28015 for garry's mod on your router!

You can find a free VPS host and run a server off of that. I DO NOT recommend running a server off your machine. AT ALL. EVER.

Setup a dedicated server using SteamCMD! Hope this helped!

Ah I played enough on servers 3200 hours for 2-3 year

I can manage to get you free vps hosting, but there is no server there unless you put one.

The only way you're going to get free hosting is if you do it yourself.

I don't know of any free hosting but connect hosting is only 25 cents per slot it is very cheap compared to other hosting.
