Any advice on low-end ASICs?

A while back I was looking into ASIC miners, though I don't have a particularly high budget.

Obviously, if I were to buy something it would need to produce more crypto than the electricity cost to run it, and I was struggling to find anything at the low end that could do this, even used.

If anyone has suggestions or knows something let me know.
