If you want to hack on the xbox 360, or ps3. It is possible with a JTAG or RGH console only.

If you want to mod on PS4 or Xbox One it is currently impossible.

Why hack anyway, it ruins the experience...

For the old gen are their many hacks but for the next arent their hacks
