Any way to get zombie piglin to drop gold ingot without manually killing it?

I have a creative super flat world and I am trying to make a farm for all fully automatic farmable items.

Bartering with piglons gets you lots of items but I need to be able to farm gold ingots and not nuggets to do this.

They only drop ingots if they are angry at the player, I think. Is there any other way to get this to happen maybe killing with a dog. That will drop an ingot when not in line of sight of the player.

I am on Java edition.
