Anyone else like jailbreaking old consoles just for fun?

I have two kids and I love to give them old consoles loaded with all the best games. So far I've done Gamecube, Wii, DS, 3DS, and Xbox 360. (also switch but that's not old). Anyone else do this?

Also, if anyone has suggestions for old easily breakable consoles, let me know!
