Hey @Aoki

So, having a problem with my forum. Unsure if it's due to the version I'm on (latest), but I'm using a 1.8 theme and whenever I am changing an avatar, it does not change immediately, and takes affect within 5-10 minutes.

Sounds like caching to me.
Try to upload your avatar and after you've done that open a new tab in chrome with incognito and take a look if it shows the avatar you just uploaded. Then you can be sure it's caching.

Attempted that. Went into icognito and it changed the heightxwidth of the avatar, but uses the same one rather than the new one uploaded
