Bankcoin Reserve (BCR) anyone heard of it? Scam?

Some Girl i use to know is claiming shes made 1/2 a mill from them and continues to make bank.
bankcoinreserve.io is their website.
Also found a whole bunch of reddit posts with fake accounts promoting there product. Seems too good to be true!
