Eagle Eye and Blackhat is my two favourite movies in this list, if you would ask me. However Eagle Eye isn't much of a hacking movie.

Most movies in the OP's list are a great watch.
My preference would be "Sneakers". Although it's a 90's movie, the story is still very relevant for our times.
